AWESOME WADE SHOES



WADE shoes is a original Philippine footwear brand that becomes one of the trendsetter in terms of innovating modern designs, known on its dynamic and authentic man made soles. It really captures the demands and interest of young people today. And I must say I am one of those people who loves to wear Wade Shoes and walk on by feet.

From formal to casual to outdoor, Wade gives us lots of options to choose from. Like this black leather formal shoes that I bought on my first salary. I just love to wear this it is very comfy and the style is to-date and definitely the price is just right. My first pair of Wade was little bit old, who would have thought that it is almost five months old but still looking good.

For quite sometimes as I always pass by at Trinoma after work. I used to check my favorite boutiques or clothing store and as I look to Wade store then jackpot! They were on sale, for only 1,500 pesos I bought two beautiful and trendy shoes. I just love these two especially the silver one. It is a lace up sneakers which was really catch my attention when choosing a pair.

 Shiny indeed!

The other one I chose is the brown loafer, which exactly match to my preferred color shoes that I am going to buy. What I love about this loafer is that I can wear them in two options, it can be used for formal and also for casual. Just go visit Wade shoes and find a style fits to your feet.

Potato Macaroni Salad

Healthy Dinner Everyone..................


Because health is wealth, I decided to make a healthy but surely will satisfy your stomach. This dish is very nutritious and it is very simple to make once every ingredients is prepared. And it is very affordable, not so expensive but definitely with a taste of class that everyone would love it especially for the people that is very conscious with their weight.


INGREDIENTS:
1/2 kilo of elbow macaroni
10-15 pcs. of  potato marbles
1 cup mayo
1/4 cup raisins
Salt and Pepper


How to cook?
1. First thing is to heat up a water, wait until it boils then you can put the elbow macaroni. After 10-15 minutes of cooking time drain it and set aside. 
2. Next, on a separate casserole boil the potatoes then check with fork if it is already softened. Then drain it and peel it then slice it into half.
3. On a large bowl mix altogether the macaroni, mayo, potatoes and the raisins.
4. Add some salt and pepper to taste.
5. There you have it. You can serve it cold or warm.

Brothers Burger's Onion Rings (Home Made)

Bite of a crunchiness.


Tired of going to mall with your favorite fast food restaurant just to get some crunchy onion rings. Why don't you try to save some time and make it at your home, just like what I did. As soon as I tasted the onion rings from Brothers Burger I really want to make some of it. And this became one of my favorite snack ever since.


INGREDIENTS:
3 large white onions
2 cups of bread crumbs
1 cup of flour
1 egg
Salt and Pepper
Chili Powder (this is optional)
Cooking oil

Dipping:
Mayo
Garlic Powder
Lemon
Salt & Pepper


How to cook it?
1. Peel and slice the onions (did should be like rings).
2. Seasoned the flour with salt and pepper, and also add the chili powder.
3. Beat an egg on a separate bowl and set aside.
4. Do the FEB process. Roll in the onions in flour then egg then bread crumbs. 
      Tip: Use one hand on dry ingredients (flour and bread crumbs) and the other hand for egg.
5. Heat up the oil, then deep fry it. Wait until it turns to golden brown.

For Dipping:
1. Add all together: mayo, salt, pepper, lemon and of course the garlic powder and mix it well.

Serve and enjoy it!






Crunchy Fried Bananas

Sweet and Crunchy!

Who doesn't love bananas? Definitely Filipinos love bananas, it can be cooked and made it different variety of ways. It can be a Banana Cue which is very popular, Turon, Boiled, Maruya or just simply as frying it. Banana is also a favorite thing to put together in most favorite summer dessert of most Filipinos the Halo-halo. Well one of the time when I want to take it to another so I gave fried banana a different twist. In which this recipe was so easy to follow and easy to prepare that surely kids will love. It's Crunchy Fried Bananas everyone

INGREDIENTS:
3 Sweet plantain or Saging na Saba
1 cup of bread crumbs
3 tbsp. of brown sugar
1 piece egg
Cooking Oil

How to Cook?
1. First, peel the saging na saba or the plantain, set aside.
2. Crack the egg and beat it.
3. Roll in the bananas in brown sugar then next dip it in the beaten egg then roll in again with bread crumbs.
4. Heat an oil and deep fry in it until it turns to golden brown.
5. Serves it while it's hot

HOMADE SUSHI


My own version of Japanese Sushi


SUSHI is one of the delicacies of Japanese cuisine; mostly consist of cooked vinegared rice combined with other ingredients usually raw fish or other seafood wrapped in dried nori wrapper.


INGREDIENTS:
3-4 cups of cooked rice
3 tbsp. Rice Wine Vinegar
3 Nori Wrappers
Sliced Mangoes
Sliced Cucumbers
Frozen Crab Sticks
Salt & Pepper

Sauce/Dipping:
Soy Sauce or Wasabi Paste

How to Cook? Easy as 1-2-3
1. First, you need to combine cooked rice, rice wine vinegar, salt and pepper mixed it all together.
2. Get a sushi mat and place it on a flat surface, get a piece of nori wrapper then put the mixed rice vinegared arrange it until a line like is form.
3. Add sliced cucumber, mangoes and crab sticks.
4. After setting all the ingredients roll in the sushi mat forward, make sure that it is tight and put a little water to it to lock the nori wrapper.
5. Finally, sliced it according to your preferred size.
6. Serve it with wasabi or soy sauce.
